We frequently experience a sense of pressure to live up to the standards set by others and conform to the image they have of us. Yet, actually, you don’t necessarily need to be who they maintain that you should be. It’s alright to live for you and not only for other people. OK to go with choices are best for you. I recollect when I continually attempted to satisfy everybody around me. I felt like I must be awesome, to follow the way that was spread out for me by others. However, it was exhausting and made me feel like I was losing myself. The heaviness of conveying everybody’s assumptions was an excessive amount to deal with.
