We frequently overuse the phrase "all humans are different and unique," but we fail to appreciate its beauty. Instead, we feel that somehow we are not as good as other people because we compare ourselves to them.

This can happen because of societal expectations or because our friends and family keep making constant comparisons, or it can happen because we ourselves make the unneeded comparison that makes us feel insecure. Basically, we as a whole arrangement with frailty eventually in our lives. Personal, professional, or relationship-related insecurities are all possibilities.

We sometimes worry about things that are less obvious, like our academic performance, our job status, or relationship issues, and we sometimes feel insecure about our physical characteristics, such as being overweight, being too short, or having dark skin.

Deep insecurity can cause mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, regardless of the cause, and we should not ignore this. We need to know how to deal with feeling insecure because it seems like it is a part of the human experience that we can't avoid.
